Excerpt from the machine manual:
Be very cautious, when using this 3D printed replacement for the original splinter guard. I cannot guarantee this is safe, as the official SCM recommendation for the original splinter guard is to trim it to desired length (see excerpt from the machine manual - 7.1.3) and I am not sure how PETG behaves, when cut using the circular saw blade. The 3D printed replacement part was not tested yet.
