Webcam Monitor Mount

This is a small and tiltable mount to mount a Camera to a Flatscreen monitor.

The mount will fit monitors between 14.5 and ~40mm in thickness, as long as the top, front and back are relatively flat surfaces.

The mount is just 40 mm wide, which means the camera has to be very well balanced, or the mount might have a tendency to fall over.

Print instructions

All files, except for the brace file are optimized to be printed standing on their sides. The hinge parts as well as the part on the bottom where the M3 screws go will need support. The brace can be printed without any Support, the Insides of the hinge parts also will print fine with bridging.

ASSEMBLY
This print includes sacrificial bridges designed for .2mm layer height in the hinged parts. You need to poke through the sacrificial layers before installing the M4 nuts and bolts.

To assemble, remove all supports and insert M4 nuts in the Slots in the hinges. Assemble all hinged parts and insert M4 screws with applied Loctite, then adjust until tight enough for application. Finally, add the back brace part using two M3 screws and nuts each and adjust to monitor size.
