Rockshox Zeb Front Fender

This front fender is a two piece design that contains a front and rear piece. It was designed for a 29 inch wheel setup, so it will look slightly different with 27.5 inch wheels. 

Printing Instructions:

• At least 30% infill (I used rectilinear)
• At most 0.2mm layer height (0.16mm is shown)
• NO supports required (place mating faces flat on the build plate)
• Use an outer brim of at least 10mm

*The parts shown were printed on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon using Polymaker Polyterra PLA*

Assembly Instructions:

Mate the two pieces together with some glue or double sided tape. With the front wheel removed, use three M3x16 flat head screws to secure the fender to the fork. If you would like to just use the rear piece, use M3x10 screws.
