PTFE Swivel Acrylic Passthrough

Threw this together to feed my ERCF PTFE through the top of my Voron 2.4.  Probably has other uses.

Uses 3x M3 10mm SHCS or BHCS, 3x M3 4mm heat inserts and a PC4-M10 fitting.

It's designed for holes 35-40mm in diameter… but the closer to 35 the better.  I used a diamond hole saw bit intended for cutting ceramic tile and it made an easy and super clean hole with minimal prep.  Use a normal hole saw at your own peril but if you do at least heavily tape both sides of the area to be drilled.

Assembly is pretty simple.

• Screw the PC4 into the swivel
• Press the heat inserts into the piece with the larger holes
• Hold the piece with the heat inserts up to the hole from the bottom
• Drop the Swivel into the hole, PC4 fitting up
• Place the other Gromment piece on top aligning the holes
• Screw M3s down into the heat inserts.
