Tear Drop Bird House

A tear-drop or gourd-shaped birdhouse with a roof and landing peg! Printed in 4 parts: the Body, the Peg, the Roof, and the Tube.

Birdhouse measures 8 inches tall (203.2 mm) x 6.65 inches wide (168.91 mm)  x 7.69 inches deep (195.33 mm) when fully assembled. Entrance is 2 inches in diameter (50.8 mm)

Printing Instructions:

Body: Any Layer Height, Any Infill, Any Material, No Brim, Supports on Build Plate

Roof: Any Layer Height, Any Infill, Any Material, No Brim, No Supports

Peg: Print Vertically, Any Layer Height, Any Infill, Any Material, With Brim, No Supports

Tube: Print Horizontally: Any Layer Height, Any Infill, Any Material, No Brim, Supports on Build Plate

Assembly Instructions:

Insert peg from inside through hole under entrance, skinny side first. Slide roof onto top of body with grooves facing up. Tube should go through holes at top. Fit will be tight, carefully squeeze in with pliers.

Hang using string through tube at top.
