Needs to be printed in ABS, ASA or other temperature resistant filament. PLA will not work.
Print settings don't matter too much. I did 2 walls, 3 top and bottom layers and 20% infill.
The intent of the holes was to allow for holes to be drilled into the airbox and plastic retainer clips/pins to be used to hold it on but it fits snugly enough on it's own so that is not necessary.
The model is already in the best orientation to print in. I wouldn't recommend changing it.
