Description
I print with my MMU2s feeding down into my printer. I've used wall-mounted filament guides before but without permanently affixing them to a wall they would constantly be bouncing around. I opted to install a SKADIS peg board behind my printers and designed a compatible PTFE tube guide. Just print at least two SHIPS hooks, attach to the back of these guides, and your tubes will stay in place. Guides are availble in 10mm, 20mm and 40mm heights. All tube channels are the same diamter in each of these models and are compatible with the PTFE tubes that come with your Prusas.
Introducing SHIPS, the SKÅDIS Hook-In-Place System. Although these theoretically could work with other types of peg boards, these have been tested to work with the SKÅDIS line of peg boards. They're super easy to print. Plus, all accessories will be designed so no glue is needed (just in case you change your mind and want to swap out an accessory or move it around the board)
V1 is intended as a friction-fit system, although I plan on designing a second version to work with smaller magnets for easier interchangeability.
