Kasa HS300 Power Strip Vertical Rack Mount bracket

Rack Mount L Brackets for Kasa HS300 power strip using existing end caps from this model: Kasa HS300 Power Strip Mount by Pantherclawz

Best to use my remix here as there are some fitment issues on newer HS300 power strips around the strain relief.

The modified m3f end caps are also uploaded to this model directly. 

This takes up 9 RU, but it mounts vertical on the side. 

Uses M3x6 nuts and countersunk screws. I used this kit: Adiyer 280 Pcs Metric M3 x 4/5/6/8/10/12/16/20/25mm Countersunk Flat Head Hex Socket Cap Screws Nuts Set Assortment Kit, 304 Stainless Steel

The rack I have is a Middle Atlantic BRK16.

Assembly Instructions

Due to the very tight tolerances you need to partially assemble the bottom bracket with the rack screw before the bottom mount. 

1. Press in the nuts to the backside for both top and bottom brackets.
2. For the bottom bracket only, put 1 rack screw into the top hole.
3. Screw in the bottom mount with the small screws. 
4. Screw the bottom bracket into the rack with 2 screws.
5. Screw in the top bracket into the rack with 2 screws, and slide the top mount over the power strip.
6. Use the small screws to attach the top mount to the bracket.
