Description
Align pins of the base with holes indicated by the red arrows (movement diagram), and gently lower the wheel/handle part through the cylinder. Design is loose enough to wiggle around any inaccuracies.
Note: In the latest revision, the “window” to view the balance wheel/regulator is significantly larger than pictured.
