I had created a custom mount for the Mini-Stealthburner toolhead for my heavily modded Ender 3 v2. When I decided to covert it over to a Voron Switchwire, I designed a mount for the MS that would be compatible with the Switchwire system. This specific model has an integrated BLtouch mount.

I hope that people find this helpful, I simply created this for my own needs. I have tested this mount on my own printer and seems to be working great, but that doesn't mean that it's guaranteed to work on your setup. I am by no means a 3D modeling pro and still learning!
Hopefully someone can take inspiration from this to create an even better one!
Insights:
- No modifications needed to Mini-Stealthburner housing, basically plug and play
- I printed all these prints in ASA with a .12 Fine setting in BambuStudio Slicer on my P1P
- I used 100% infill just to ensure that they are solid pieces, I'm sure you could probably get away using a smaller infill.
- I used supports everywhere on each model but found a problem on the “Mount left (L) and Mount right (R)” models. The support was really hard to remove from the slots that the M3 hex nuts(or square nuts) are supposed to slide into, I decided to just M3 5mm x 4mm heat set inserts. Not pretty, but it worked. The holes are definitely not big enough for the inserts. If you can print it in a way where and slots are clear, that would be optimal. Mount it first before inserting the M3 square nuts
- I also used the 4 M3 5mm x 4mm heat set inserts in the “X bearing block”
- I sliced the "X bearing block in half so that the BLtouch cable can run through the center without issue. It doesn't loose any integrity for the mount.
- You can also use the inductive probe if you wish that's mentioned in the official Switchwire BOM
- I have been using the Haldis Red Lizard K1 hot end on my MS (Phateus Dragon dupe), so the BLtouch is about 1mm above the hot end, which is perfect for my setup. I've included spacers at various lengths to help if your hot end is longer. You could always take the file and stretch it along the Z axis to your preferred spacer length needed.
BOM:
- 8 M3 5mm x 4mm heat set inserts (4 if you decide to use the 3mm hex nuts)
- 4 M3 hex nuts (or 2 M3 square nuts)
- 1 Microswitch
- 2 M2x10 Self-Tapping screws
- 2 M3x16 SHCS
- 2 M3x40 SHCS
- 4 M3x8 SHCS
- 4 M3x12 SHCS
- 2 M3x30 SHCS for mounting MS to the mount
- 2 M3x? SHCS to mount BLtouch to mount
Future iterations:
- Maybe create a way to attach the bottom of the MS to the mount for added stability
