Description
A model for a large pegboard bin, about 7" long by x 3.5" wide by 3" deep in its default configuration. I made this to have a custom assortment of containers for holding items I sell at https://justcuzrobotics.com/. I added an upward-sloped area to attach labels for the containers. Recommend PETG for this, but anything rigid should be fine, as long as it doesn't experience too much creep. PETG resists creep deformation better than PLA.
I designed this with parameters for the size and wall thickness so it can be adjusted to your liking in Fusion 360. I have included STEP, F3D, 3MF, and STL files so you can modify it or use it as is. The 3MF has been sliced for BambuSlicer for my X1 Carbon with a 0.6mm nozzle. I found Arachne mode cut the print time by around 30%, since it extrudes only 2 thick walls for most of the print.
The finished bin is 90-100g depending on the material used, and on my X1C prints in under 90 minutes. So about $2.00 in material per bin, which is cheaper than most sets I found online, and I didn't see many of this size or larger.
