The design with insert means you'll need a 29mm or 1.145in phenolic or fiberglass insert to help insulate the print from the heat of the rocket motor.
The phenolic tubing can be procured from LOC: https://locprecision.com/products/phenolic-airframe-tubing
The phenolic tubing needs to be 5.75in long
