Description
There were a lot of radius jigs on here, but none were 1 3/8", which is the standard rabbet bit cutter size. I don't mind chopping a rabbet square for a panel but I'll be damned if I'm going to bother on the back of a shop cabinet.
I also wanted it big so I could hand hold it on while using a handheld router. Uploaded version has a hole in the back to make that easier. Version in the picture is the one that made me realize I needed that.
Worked great at 100% scale
V2: made a less-shitty model that has a little relief in the corner and a chamfer on the bottom side. Previous one left routed corners just a tiny bit too pointy, so this one should work better.
