Home Depot stretch wrap handle that *actually spins*

Home Depot sells this stretch wrap:

It's fine and relatively inexpensive, but the handle is deeply useless. It locks up against the wedge on one end, and locks up on the small lip on the opposite. It makes wrapping anything with one hand annoying.

This is a replacement handle and endcap that locks on with a M5 screw. 

The screw needs to be 15-20mm long. You can glue in the endcap without the wedge if desired, too.

Works just fine in PLA, but the endcap could stand to be ABS or PETG for the sake of a little flexibility.
