Mitutoyo Caliper Battery Cover Model 500-138

This is a replacement batter cover or cap for Mitutoyo Calipers model 500-138. The identified Thingiverse model was used as a baseline for this remix.

I used eSun PLA+ as filament and it seems to be robust enough for the small clips on the cover. Use a layer height of 0.08mm and 100% infill with 3 shells/walls. I also used tree supports on build plate only, with 2 top interface layers and a top z distance of 0.1mm to support the small tabs.

Aug 5/23 V1: Added a small nub in the middle of the cover to help press the battery down to ensure contact.

NOTE: The 3mf file included is for Orca Slicer or Bambu Studio. It was set up for my Bambu X1C printer. Use at your own risk.
