Despite delicate design the model is pretty strong even on the thinest parts but if you wanna better layer adhesion I suggest to print it with PETG.

The size is suited for the head of a kid. If you're a grown up man please scale it up to about 110-120%. 

For me this project kills two birds with one stone

1.  It's specifically made for Printables “Hair Accessories” contest
2. It's a nice first step in practising modeling with Grease Pencil in Blender. If I manage to master it I have a chance to collaborate with a famous russian accessories designer
