Soporte telescópico de altura variable para auriculares de diadema. Variable-height telescopic support for headphones.

Os presento mi último y novedoso diseño, que permite poderlo imprimir de forma telescópica (con un tamaño final extendido de 225 mm) en una impresora pequeña, de una sola vez y sin usar soportes para voladizos.

I present to you my latest and innovative design, which allows it to be printed telescopically (with an extended final size of 225mm) on a small printer, in one go and without using overhang supports.

Se trata de un SOPORTE TELESCÓPICO DE ALTURA VARIABLE PARA AURICULARES DE DIADEMA.

It is a TELESCOPIC SUPPORT OF VARIABLE HEIGHT FOR HEADBAND HEADPHONES.

Atención: Para imprimir este proyecto se necesita que la impresora esté muy bien ajustada, pues de lo contrario se fusionarán las piezas y será imposible desunirlas dada la escasa separación entre ellas.

Attention: To print this project, the printer needs to be very well adjusted, otherwise the pieces will merge and it will be impossible to separate them due to the little separation between them.

Si todo va bien, después de terminada la impresión, tan sólo debemos de mover suavemente la pieza interior hacia derecha e izquierda hasta sentir que cruje ligeramente y se separa sin problemas la una de la otra.

If everything goes well, after printing is finished, we just have to gently move the inner piece to the right and left until we feel that it creaks slightly and separates one from the other without problems.

Recomiendo antes de imprimir pintar con el Prusaslicer las costuras del tubo exterior por la parte de atrás:

He previsto cuatro diferentes tramos de 15 mm entre ellos para que se pueda ajustar en función del tamaño de los auriculares de que dispongamos. Variable en altura entre 180 a 225 mm aproximadamente. 

I have planned four different sections of 15 mm between them so that it can be adjusted depending on the size of the headphones that we have. Variable in height between 180 to 225 mm approximately.

Como piezas accesorias tan sólo necesitamos un tornillo de 3mm de diámetro y unos 22 mm de longitud y unos insertos M3.

As accessory parts we only need a screw with a 3mm diameter and about 22mm in length and some M3 inserts.

Para bloquear en altura he diseñado también una rueda de apriete para roscar un tornillo en ella. 

To lock in height I have also designed a tightening wheel to screw a screw into it.

Para que no se desenrosque el tornillo usar unas gotas de pegamento para fijarlo a la rueda de apriete:

En la pieza telescópica interior también se deben poner unos insertos, aunque no es obligatorio. Yo sólo le he puesto uno a la altura de mis auriculares:

Los insertos M3 se pueden introducir con un soldador o algo similar que los caliente para introducirlos en la pieza. Es importante que el inserto que pongamos en el tubo interior quede bien metido dentro y no sobresalga, para que no bloquee el movimiento de esta pieza.

M3 inserts can be driven in with a soldering iron or something similar that heats them up into the part. It is important that the insert that we put in the inner tube is well inserted inside and does not protrude, so that it does not block the movement of this piece.

Para ayudar a roscar correctamente el bloqueo, debemos de hacer coincidir la parte final del agujero del tornillo inmediatamente superior con el borde superior del tubo exterior, con esto nos aseguramos que el tornillo rosque en el inserto del tubo telescópico interior a la primera.

To help thread the lock correctly, we must match the final part of the screw hole immediately above with the upper edge of the outer tube, with this we make sure that the screw threads into the insert of the inner telescopic tube the first time.

Recomiendo una impresión a 0,20 de altura de capa y 50% de relleno. Si ponéis una resolución superior se imprimirá mejor pero subiremos mucho el tiempo de ejecución total. En mi impresora ronda las 8,5 horas aproximadamente.

Para terminar y esto es opcional, se puede usar un pad adhesivo para la parte superior y tambien alguno en la base.

I recommend a print at 0.20 layer height and 50% infill. If you put a higher resolution it will print better but we will increase the total execution time a lot. On my printer it is around 8.5 hours approximately.

To finish, and this is optional, you can use an adhesive pad for the upper part and also one at the base.
