I love my Tile Mate Bluetooth tracker, but it has a serious design flaw. When I place it on my keyring and put my keys in my pocket, it goes off by accident all the time. I ran the batteries down after six months because of accidental button-presses, and the Mate is supposed to last a whole year.

So I made this protective case that reduces the chance of keys and other things pushing up against the button in your pocket. So far it has worked great!

It also helps protect your Tile and does not reduce the range.

This one fits current Tile Mate models with the replaceable batteries. (2018 and onward.) if your tile measures 35mm x 35mm x 6.25mm, this is the one you want.

Use the Cura feature "Horizontal Expansion" to get your parts to fit snugly. I set mine to -0.11. It may take you a couple of tries to get the tension right. It should snap together tightly but not so tight that you can't open it when you need to change the battery.

Make sure the keychain hole is aligned correctly and simply snap together.

If your pieces won't fit together, you need to calibrate your printer or use "Horizontal expansion" or "print exterior first".
