If you want to have a bicolor print, set the color change at 3.2mm.
Choosing PETG is my top recommendation if you plan to use the lugs for the 2mm cable ties. However, PLA is also a viable option. For the best results, consider using a layer height of 0.15-0.20mm.
Regarding magnets, I've had success with the affordable 10mm magnets from Am*zon, as they provide a tight fit. Alternatively, you can opt for gluing the magnets in place. Avoid molding them into the design, as that may reduce their magnetism.
To ensure a perfect fit for the holder, use a M5 washer and securely glue it. Keep in mind that stainless or plastic washers are not suitable for this purpose.
