Scraper with Strong Card Blade

HexScraper that uses credit card for blade, as it is much tougher than printed ones.  If you do manage to damage the blade, just replace the card.

There is the option of printed blades, if you really want them.

Printing Note

There is also a magnetic version with a closed hex cell, that allows you to attach the scraper to iron/steel members (such as Prusa Enclosure's frame).  In the slicer, add a negative cylinder volume (same size as your magnet), to the end of the handle.

Print the model with support from the build plate.

Increase/decrease the height of the print, to make the credit card looser/tighter.  The standard credit card is 0.8mm thick and the slot gap is 1.0mm.  I printed mine in transparent blue ABS on the Prusa MK3S, it's just right and the card doesn't fall off.  Bit of sticky tape at the end of the card, will also make it tighter.

Assembly Note

Cut 20mm off the an old credit card and insert it into the scraper.  If the card has raised embossing, you can shave the raised text with a knife or use the long edge of the card without the raised embossing.
