sample card system v1.0 with container

Description
description
I needed a sample card for my filaments, but wasn't happy with already existing ones, so I made my own. It includes all infos and tests that I deem necessary and/or important. You can find the location and description of the features in one of the images.
The dimension of the cards is 100x50x3mm and I'd recommend printing them in 0.2mm layer height, as the translucency test has matching steps.
files
So far I have created cards for these materials. If you need something else, please leave a comment.
- blank (no material engraving)
- ABS
- ASA
- Flex
- HIPS
- PA
- PC
- PETG
- PETG+
- PLA
- PLA+
- PVB
- Wood(fill)
- Metal(fill)
- Stone(fill)
- TPU (I'd recommend using the "Flex" card, but if you want to be specific, use this one)
There are also STEP files for the blank card and both container parts available, so they are easier to modify. In case you want to have the same font, it's DINPro (regular).
label
The label field is 50x12mm with a 2mm corner radius. There is a PDF with empty labels included in the download section. I used inkjet label paper (self-adhesive) and cut them out with scissors.
container
There is also a matching container included, which can hold up to 50 cards!
It is designed to be printed with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.44 line widths, but with the new Arachne engine all popular slicers should adjust proper extrusion widths anyway ; )
Print Settings
Printer Brand: Prusa
Printer: i3 MK3
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2mm
Infill: 100% for cards, 15% for container
Filament: all of them
Post-Printing
It might be necessary to somewhat clean small surface zits and over-extrusions on the cards, so they slot better into the container.
