This tool is designed for professional yo-yo players, allowing them to create loops of fixed length and ensuring stable production.

You can print it with a layer height of 0.2mm and 20% infill using PLA material. 
Feel free to print, remix, or modify it according to your needs.

You need to prepare a blade with a 59-degree angle and a width of 9mm. 
Fold down both of its two pieces for future use.
