Project Organization System

Overview 

Have you found yourself looking for a way to keep your projects separated and organized? Introducing the project organizations system! Use the Husky organizer to store medium to small sized parts, and the lower bin to store larger parts and electronic component bags. Have lots of small parts that need to stay separated?  Print alongside the included small parts organization bins to efficiently store lots of small components. 

I have found the 75mm version to work well for most projects, but I've included some deeper versions to suite bigger projects.

Required Materials

• (1) 12 in. 13-Compartment Storage Bin
• (2) 24in Velcro Straps
• (4) M3x4mm Bolts
• Cyanoacrylate (super glue)

Assembly

• Apply glue to the mating surfaces of the project box
• Slide the two halves of the box together
• Add the M3 bolts into the countersunk bolts and tighten (the screws will self tap)
• Apply pressure the the glue surfaces with clamps/heavy objects and let dry
• Set the organizer in the project box, and wrap with Velcro straps to secure in place

Printing

Print in a material that handles bridging well. PLA is a good choice. Print at a high layer thickness and minimal infill (0.3mm, 15%).
