Description
Welcome to your Ender 5 S1 Raspberry Pi Mount.
Very easy, just snaps together, and it only requires 2 m4 3-5mm screws for the mount to chassis and 4 x pi screws to support in the case.
Sits nicely in the top front Right corner out of the way from the print head.
Instructions. (G-Codes for Ender 5 S1 are also added) But slice to your liking as the g-codes sliced could use some tweaking
2. Print 1 x all other items in the colors/colours you like.
3. Place the mounts in the top rail and “Gently twist” to lock them in place (may pay to print a few of the mounts in one go as they can break with minimal infill.
4. Assemble the Pi onto the base plate, add the surround, and place the top on.
5. Use 2x Screws/bolts to secure it to the mounts. you can slide the mounts carefully to get to the right position.
The estimated Print Time on Ender 5 S1 is 7 Hours.
Cool Notes:
The example image also shows A Custom Ender 5 S1 Enclosure I have been designing and also Logitech C270 Camera Mount with Wide Angle lens mod.
Also, stay tuned for the 3.5" display version in the future, I originally designed a 5" screen version “Just brackets to mount another case for 5” but really felt no need for a screen so used a full enclosure. When my 3.5" Screen arrives I will redesign A v2 for the 3.5" Screen also as I feel a 3.5 will be nice enough just to show time left etc with my enclosure blocking the display on the Ender.
Lastly, Enjoy.
