Description
For my latest dust extraction cyclone project I chose to use DN75 sockets because DN100 was too bulky for me and DN50 too small. Also DN75 parts can be bought very cheap at hardware stores.
My hoses are 60mm diameter, though, because that turned out to be a good compromise between air throughput and ease of handling for me. So here is my adapter from DN75 to my 60mm suction hose.
Printer: Anycubic i3 Mega (UB)
Rafts: No
Supports: No
Resolution: 0.2
Infill: 15%
Filament: Patona PLA white
Notes: I strongly recommend to use a brim.
I designed this part in TinkerCad out of stock parts from the TinkerCad library. If you want to adapt the design to your needs, go ahead and tinker it! :-)
