The Division - Shoulder Beacon

Here is a costume prop for Tom Clancy's The Division video game. It's some kind of shoulder beacon / gizmo that all the characters wear. I'm not really sure what it does in the game, but if you're making a costume for The Division, you'll need one.

*Dimensions: 4.250"W x 2.250"D x 1.080"H (assembled)
*Volume: 1.08 cubic inches (all parts combined)
*Weight: ~0.04 pounds (all parts combined)

  Instructions

  1. Print the top housing with supports.
  2. Print the bottom housing, and lens center.
  3. Print the lens using a transparent material (e.g. clear PLA).
  4. If necessary, trim the flange on the lens until it fits into the top housing.
  5. While they may not print well, there are screw holes, and bosses, in the top and bottom housings. If they print sealed up, just drill them out.
  6. Put one or more orange LEDs inside the lens. Wire resistors and batteries to them, appropriately.
  7. "Save what remains." ;-)
