Description
I set about building an extraction fan for my 3D printer enclosure as I do a lot of 3D printing and prototyping on my Voron 0.1 that sits next to me and it gets a bit stinky sometimes.
Did a YouTube video about this and these are the files for the final build. The Window Mount 100mm part is attached to a window blank wooden panel. There's also a wall outlet mount for the 100mm ducting as I later vented out through a wall in a different room.
The Outlet Diffuser is glued with epoxy to the Fan case.
M2 x 8mm self tapping screws are used to attach the Fan Case to the Tophat panel, and the Diffuser 100mm Conn to the Diffuser.
Tip: Attach the Diffuser 100mm Conn to the Diffuser before gluing to the Fan Case, otherwise its more tricky to screw the M2 screws in.
I printed in PETG with 0.2mm layer height and no supports.
