Samsung PowerShare Bracket - Parametric

Samsung PowerShare on the Galaxy phones are great. It allows you to charge your watch from the phone without carrying an additional charger. My problem is that you cannot use the phone while charging the watch. It is also almost impossible to charge the watch when travelling on a plane, bus or train.

So I decided to create a bracket that holds the watch and phone in the correct position.

The Fusion 360 model is parametric and thus the model can be adjusted for any phone and watch combination.

You need to measure the following:

• Phone width
• Phone thickness
• Centre point of the charging area from the bottom of the phone
• Available area on the right side of the phone before the first button
• Phone corner radius
• Watch thickness
• Watch diameter

The model also allows for a tolerance that can be set to allow for fitting the watch and phone correctly.

The attached STL file is for a Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Watch 4 40mm.
