IKEA SAMLA Clip 55/130l

This is a solution for a clip to lock the IKEA SAMLA 55/130l boxes.

I did not find a solution for this box size as simply scaling a 22l clip does not provide a solution tightly closing the box.

It creates a tight closing and is easy to handle.

Attention:

This clip is designed for the IKEA 55/130l box only. It does not fit to the smaller ones like the 11/22l or 45/65l type!

Print instructions

Raft: Normal skirt is fine.

Support: No.

Filament: PETG is fine due to it's flexibility

Infill: You should define enough wall lines (4 in case of a 0.4mm nozzle) which leads to a better flexibility of the body. In this case you can print with 0% infill (see picture in gallery). Normal bottom and top layers can be added.
