Malolo's screw-less / snap fit Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Case Top

This is a remix of Haz1's top case for the Raspberry Pi Case Top of Malolo. The original remix is great, however I needed access to the GPIO pins and made a slot for them.

This is a remix of the 40mm version only, which is optimised for the Noctua NF-A4x10 5V fan and has a height of 12mm.

Notes from the original remix:
 

For the connection to GPIO socket you can use the orignal Noctua molex connection. You just have to swap the cable ends.
The 4010 fan height is 10mm and for all others standard fans.
