MDT ACC M-Lok Handguard Covers

About

Simple M-Lok handguard covers for the MDT ACC Premier and ACC Elite chassis.  Protects your chassis from scratches and keeps your hands cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

There are two options for mounting:

1. Use the supplied M-Lok compatible rear backers with M4 heat-set inserts.  Use with M4-8mm pan head bolts.
2. Use standard M-Lok #10-24 or M4 nuts and appropriate bolts.  Note that #8-32 and M3 nuts are not recommended!

Do not use countersunk bolts!

Note that the rear backers should be installed with the shorter side down if you wish to use the MDT ACC internal weight kit.

Compatibility

Note that the side panels are 30mm wide and the lower panels are 38mm wide.  If you need a different width, please leave a comment indicating the width and your application.

Print Notes

Recommend ABS, PETG or ASA for best results.  PLA can soften in temps that you might find in your car and so it it not recommended.   4 perimeters, 3 layers top/bottom.  0.2mm layer height.

If you have any elephant foot in your prints, be sure to trim to ensure fitment.
