Beepy Case - Slimish

v0.11 2023.08.14 - Enlarged side button & thickened button slot to better move within securely tightened shell. Added alternate power switch with aesthetics similar to rest of shell design.

I liked the minimalism of the slim Beepy case, but didn't like having the PCB exposed. I also wanted extensions for the power switch and side button, and an open slot for the SD card.  I also cut a notch out of the top to give better access to the usb and hdmi ports. The power usb port is covered to prevent use.

Before designing this case, I superglued 2 standoffs to the bottom holes of the Beepy PCB. I used 2 m2.5x6mm screws to tightly attach 2 m2.5x5mm hex standoffs in place while gluing.  This allowed the shell to assemble with: 

• m2.5x8mm countersunk screws * 4 (McMaster-Carr)
• m2.5x6mm countersunk screws * 4 (top front, bottom back McMaster-Carr)
• m2.5x5mm hex female/female standoff * 2 - found in most m2.5 standoff kits

I also use a battery with 2600mah capacity (not the 2000mah that came with Beepy).  The one I bought required some soldering of the wires to a JST-PH 2.0 plug, but measures 74mm x 55mm x 5mm. Whatever battery you use, you'll want one that is 5mm thick at maximum.  The size I used was the largest I could find without requiring the overall shell to get much thicker. I also slimmed a section of the included foam down by half to keep the battery off some of the back parts, but this WILL mean you'll see some resistance when screwing the shell together - that's the foam getting compressed a bit.

2 versions of the back shell are included: 1 with the miscellaneous button cover, 1 without. It might be easier if you print the back with the button already in its place and just free it after the shell is screwed together.
