Inside jar goes drain part as an insert which with 3 glued pillars in should be easily removable up when needed, while luring liquid stays in jar part. Unfortunate snails could be then sent to rehab and you can easily return the drain part back.

For easy enter of those snaily trespassers serves ramp part that loosely placed around proud part of main part (jar) should allow easy dive into to lure liquid.

Top cover (hat) should loosely fit laying on three pillar parts evenly and providing cover from rain.

All parts printable without supports. Glue pillars part with drain part when fully inserted.
