Custom Ender 3 Fan mount and endoscope

I made this Fusion360 CAD
This is technically a remix but completely redone cad work from these two things

I wanted them to get the ender printing again (it was a clone of an ender probably and it had issues) i bought a cheap resin printer (looked nice but it also has alot of design issues. . like overheating and cooking screens in one print)

anyhow this is what i am using now. printed in clear abslike blue ( to match render. but it came out cloudy

it fits a bltouch.. AND it fits an endoscope camera (5.51mm) also known as borescope which was 30$ off amazon and it helped me make this design work perfectly and diagnose all the first layer issues up close and personal like. (attached to teh fan cover)

thanks to this my ender prints like a champ for about 5 prints.. but due to the resin's brittle nature if i have a print head collision due to a nasty failed print getting nocked over it tends to break the parts .. but i always keep a couple spares printed jsut in case

perhaps one day illfinda local supplier of siriya tech tenatious or soemthing and make a tougher version.

This could potentially be printed in ABS or PETG . it does get close to the hotend but should not be close enough to be a big issue. like other hotend shrouds.

i myself like the clear ish look of resin . and the renders

Print instructions

pieces printed at an angle in the resin to minimise supports on the inside as they are not easy to pick out of the duct.. (on it side tilted.. )
