Sleeves for EMC Near Field Probes (parametric)

Since you use near-field probes very close to the electronic components and PCBs, these should be insulated. This design is for nice sleeves for that purpose. The design is parametrizable in OpenSCAD. The same design file makes sleeves for H-field probes (magnetic) and E-field probes (electric).
