Description
very quick and basic design to take either the very cheap and cheerful multi function mobi mountain headphones- also known as ‘youcut’ and fit to neo 3 link….
OR
the excellent Koss porta pro, my personal recommendation- to fit to the pico neo 3 link.
Koss KSC75 will also fit but they lack bass compared to the porta pro ( you will need to remove and cut cover plate on 75's as picture shows before fitting to printed arm)Â
link for cheap headphones if on a super budget and want micro-sd card music to play while using the aux port for vr:

knife/scissors and 00size p2 bit needed for headphone disassembly, bars push straight through printed mount with nice friction fit

OR
Koss porta pro/ KSC 75, super simple to fit, pop the speakers off the headband/ear loops and simply push fit to printed arms- see pictures for guidance on bracket and speaker fit.
- printed with CHEPS extra fast profile on ender 3 pro, pla 0.4mm nozzle.- print with the chamfer edges on inner mount facing top
TIP: depending on head size and what size pads used for KOSS, for custom fit against the ears, if they squeeze to much or too little, simply bend the bars or the printed arms (print will bend not snap dont worry!) to adjust clamp force- feel free to remix a way of pivoting.
no glue needed.
