Description
I'm finally moving away from gallon ziplock bags and storing my filament in 20qt Sterlite gasket boxes. I needed a bunch of (at least a dozen) desiccant boxes, and while there's tons of models out there, they're not exactly efficient to print. Most larger boxes were computing at 2+ hours to print, even on an X1C. Unacceptable!
So I designed this desiccant box from scratch in tinkercad. You can print both the box and lid in less than 45min on a decently quick printer, using only 24g of filament. Acceptable!
Print both parts as provided in vase mode (duh). I recommend 0.6mm line width and at least 3 bottom layers. If you go much above 0.6 on the line width (like if you're using a bigger nozzle), you will probably have to scale up the lid by a percent or two or it will be too tight a fit.
