Description
My wife owns an E-bike. To always have a full battery, she has 2 batteries. One for use, the other to charge or be ready to use when the other battery is empty.
To conveniently charge the battery, I created this simple wall mount plate to put the battery on when charging or when full but it needs to be stored.
DISCLAMER
I don't know exactly what kind of battery is. I do know it's 36V 21Ah 4 pin (flat pins) but the exact model I'm not sure about. The attached picture shows what the mounting plate looks like. Note the notch on the lower part, the 4 flat pins, the position of the pins not all the way at the bottom, the 3 slots for screws. Based on these things I chose this picture.
6 screw holes to put is on the wall.
This project has 2 plates. One 54mm (which the battery slides very easily onto because of 1mm play. The other (wider) 55mm plate is somewhat tighter fit.
Both work fine, just use what you like best.
In case someone would like a hole for the lock, I can change the model and put holes into them
Update
I've added 2 files for both plates. Both plates have a hole for the lock and smaller tabs which hold the battery. The smaller tabs make placement easier.
Also I've added brackets for the outside to make it even more convenient to correctly place the battery on the plate; the bracket is used as an guide.
