This is a fully functional 7530 fan duct, open to feedback and design improvements from the community.

This started as an idea of ‘Can you mount a 7530 blower fan to a sprite extruder?’ rather than whether it should be done. Initial tests, however, are very promising! but I'd like to get some solid feedback on whether this is a worthwhile upgrade over dual 5015's, from other members of the 3DP community. 

I'd be very interested to see any remixes of this duct, so please post them here and link the original design :)

I can provide CAD files for people that can add something to this project, as the ultimate goal is making the best cooling duct available. 

I'd recommend printing it with tree supports touching buildplate, bridge mode on and 0.2mm layers or less. 

Also suggest printing in PETG as the tips of the ducts are pretty close to the printer nozzle.
