Relaxation ring with a gear wheel, print in place

If the ring is difficult to fit, run it under water, push it to twist in all directions, it helped me a lot
In g-code, a collar is set around so that the model does not come off - I recommend adding a collar because the outer part of the ring has only 2 perimeters

I created the ring in three sizes - with a 19, 18, 17 mm hole
