Mini TSC (Touch Screen Controller for G3000)

Mini TSC is a controller for the G3000 series of panels, such as the TBM930 and the Vision Jet, also can be adjusted for the Longitude, Honda Jet panels. This is a very quick and easy build, as it just clips onto side of a 7 inch touch screen. 

This device uses the Raspberry Pi Pico microprocessor board with Mobilfight, it also uses additional software for the pop out and touch function within MSFS 2020.

If you have already printed the Mini Flight Panel (touch screen print) then you can just use that as it is the same case used.

• You will need to set the touch screen to (Landscape flipped) in the display settings(Win11) as the screen is used upside down.
• The 7 Inch Raspberry Pi Touchscreen Monitor 1024X600 IPS HDMI, for flight simulator pop out panels, with Flight Simulator 2020 you can use the touch features with additional software - PopOutPanelManager

• 1x Dual encoder with switch (EC11EBB24C03) 
• 1x Single encoder with switch (EC11 15mm round shaft 5pin)
• 16x M3*6 bolts/screws (for case)
• 2x M3*8 bolts/screws (for encoder clip)

Wire used for soldering parts to PCB mount - 22 AWG 0.35mm² Electronic Wire

Wire and pin numbers are shown on the last image, it shows the Mobiflight assigned names and pin numbers that I have used. Mobiflight files included in the ZIP file, along with left, middle and right panel presets for the G3000, should you wish to make 3 units. (note for wiring, daisy chain all the GND contacts and send to one of the Pi Pico GND pins then wire switches as Mobiflight preset image data).

Notes on the screen and software :

Screen can be used for mapping software, Navigraph, LittleNavMap and other flight sim mapping screens.

This is a remix of a standard 7 Inch screen that I simply added two stands and a front face panel to tidy the design style and look (slot made wider in base to allow different brands of screen where the usb sockets in slightly different location).
