Description

This is a collection of various gaskets for Ford N-Series tractors (9N, 2N and 8N) manufactured between 1939 and 1952. All part numbers were found in the FO-4 I&T Shop Service manual.

These gaskets may also fit Ford Golden Jubilee (1953), NAA (1954), and 600-series (1954-1957) tractors along with Ferguson TE/TO20 tractors, however I don’t have the respective service manuals to verify.

I originally created the Inspection Cover template to print in PETG to cut gaskets from gasket material, using a 1/2” handheld hole punch for the bolt holes. Before I had a chance to work on the tractor, I saw articles on using TPU for gasket materials and found nexxius’ gasket models (https://www.printables.com/model/394600-ford-n-series-tractor-gaskets). I’ve followed their settings for most of the gaskets and have modeled them at 0.60mm thick, to be sliced/printed at 0.10 layer height with TPU. The exception is the Inspection Cover Gasket, where I left it at 2.50mm. Print as-is in PETG for a template, or use your slicer to cut to 0.60mm thick and print in TPU.

Update 27 Oct 2025 - I've been using all of the rear-end gaskets for about 2 years now and have not developed any leaks. Earlier this year I printed the carb gasket to see how it would do up against the intake/exhaust manifold and the resulting heat. Even after running it on hot days, the area around the gasket never got above ~180 degrees F (~82 degrees C), I suspect because of the constant influx of cool air through the carb. I haven't had any issues with it so far.
