Description
The hose of our Rowenta vacuum cleaner broke near the handpiece. I designed a part to allow the hose to be cut shorter, then re-attached to the handpiece.
To use, unsnap the retaining ring from the vacuum handpiece. Keep this- you'll need it- just slide it up the hose. Remove the factory hose end fitting. Screw the new 3D printed part on to the end of the hose. Note the threads are quite tight on the vacuum hose to prevent it from coming out during use. Once fully threaded in, press the hose end into the handpiece, then snap the retaining ring into place. Fixed!
Printed in PLA, 0.2mm layer height, 40% density.
