Hook for the window pleated blinds Vegas Plisse

The history of this model is that I bought window pleats, which are mounted by screwing into the window frame. Unfortunately, the screw-down brackets did not fit my windows, so I designed a new version. One of the photos shows an example of what a standard hitch looked like
