Simple Floor Sweeper (+TPU)

A simple floor sweeper (Swiffer) with TPU attachment wipes. Can be used with whatever fits like dryer sheets or old rags. There is a small (140x125mm) and wide (180x125mm) version. 

This file uses the pole attachment parts from the Dryer Sheet Swiffer by Julius 3E8. Download them from there and give them a LIKE. Supporters can also export them from the source file.

Print/Assembly Directions:

• Print all parts from any hard filament, then assemble with your sweeper pole. The attachment parts include a two-sided spring detent.
  • In my case, there was only one hole, so I drilled through and hammered in a 5mm pin.
• Print the attachment wipes in TPU, them push into place with the flaps facing up.

Changes to original file:

• Sweeper is a single piece instead of top/bottom.
• Sweeper is rounded on corners and sloped on the bottom to reduce friction and bumps.
• Bottom of sweeper has cutouts to reduce warping and make removal from the print surface easier.
