Description
This adapter replaces the standard part that connects the Resmed Airsense 10 heated hose to the headgear. I used Dreamware headgear as the model and designed this adapter from the end of each piece to replace a missing adapter. This may also fit other devices: the headgear side of the adapter has a 17mm ID and the hose side has a 22mm OD. Only tested on the aforementioned hardware.
Not shown in the images is a small lip on the inside surface of the section you insert the headgear into. This keeps the headgear from sliding off while still allowing it to rotate as you move around in your sleep.
This part needs a bit of flex, so PETG is strongly suggested. Avoid PLA.
