Mercedes-Benz odometer gear

This is a gear for odometer in 80'-90' Mercedes-Benz vehicle with a mechanical odometer. Original gear is made out of resin which is dissolved by grease. Since the gear is 6.6mm in diameter and has 15 teeth precise printer (SLA) is crucial.

UPDATE: It looks like fit is not good and through given tolerances when need to be slightly increased in size. Please add 5 to 10% to the current size.

How I Designed This

I did a photo under microscope with basic measurements in microscope SW. Then I recreate involute profile of tooth and made an axial pattern.
