ESP8266 Wemos Clock News Weather Scrolling Marquee Revised

I didn't like how the USB port was on the side of the original model, so I remixed the plate to align the USB in the middle. This way you can easily hide the cable and aesthetically it looks much better. I also had trouble putting in the dot matrix module in the base, so I also remixed the base model and made the slot a bit wider.
