This model does need supports
(APP RECOMMENDATION FOR BEGINNERS) if you don't yet have a program for editing 3d prints or are looking for a better one, I recommend “Ultimaker Cura”. It is free and very simple to use for scaling and adding supports
this was printed at 0.2mm using an ender 3 printer
