🦟 Why another one 🦟
I tried printing some of the other models, but my printer may not be able to print fine enough as the parts going into the valve are extremely tiny.
I first tried my own version of similar models out there (allInOne print), but I still wasn't happy. I then thought of reusing my WD-40 can's straw as the gas pipe. This model is much easier to clean after printing, it is more durable and works better.
Instructions : both models
Print at your finest setting, 100% infill, and print it upright. Printing it in the strongest orientation (horizontal) warps the tubes and then it doesn't fit anymore.
To attach the nozzle to the butane can (my can's nozzle is 3.95mm), lightly tap it in with the rubber handle of a decent size screwdriver. Other people says you should heat it up, and then attach, but that didn't work for me.
Instructions: straw model
After print, clean up the holes as best you can. This is easy since it is just pipes.Â
Drop the part into recently boiled water for a few seconds, take it out and push the straw into the hole. Let it cool down and cut the straw to length. When attached to the butane can the straw tip should be flush with the inside bevel.
Now tap the nozzle into your butane can.

Refill instructions
Make sure to remove the one way valve first! There are plenty of videos explaining how.
Now, hold your Thermacell container upright and flip that butane can upside down. The nozzle should fit snugly over the o-ring. Don't overfill.
